My first two years with Tobii Dynavox my role was located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to assist with integration of the two businesses (Tobii acquired Dynavox in 2014).

Staffing & recruitment manager with an overall and international responsibility for recruitments, recruitment process, staff vetting, channels and partners, as well as all consultant vendors (local, onshore and offshore). I lead a team of three tech recruiters and one staffing specialist. I report to the HR Director and act as deputy HR Director when needed.

I am also overall responsible for the employer branding at NetEnt, including strategy, budget, communication and activities locally and internationally. The recruiters and I have help from great NetEnt Ambassadors and a highly appreciated collaboration with our Communications department.

As part of HR I am also highly involved when it comes to company culture and core values, and as an example, I am responsible for the culture and core values session in our onboarding program for our starters. I am also highly involved in the internal communication at NetEnt. As an example, I was part of the project of implementing the new intranet solution.

I enjoy working internationally and serves NetEnt's offices in Stockholm, Göteborg, Kiev, Gibraltar and Malta and with partners in Delhi, India.

Started as Staffing Manager for a unit mainly consisting of project managers and IT & enterprise architects. Staffing Management in Capgemini is in short defined as the efficient use of resources and aiming the highest utilization of resources.

In 2009 I stepped in as Staffing Manager for the overall Strategic Business Unit (SBU) in Europe, which included the Nordic countries, countries in Europe and an Indian department supporting our SBU from Mumbai. The main responsibility in this role was to align the staffing within and between the countries, and improve and transform the staffing management processes. This role included identifying and implementing best practices and routines within staffing management, as well as leading and motivating the team members internationally. I was responsible for driving the implementation of the new resource planning system, meaning setting up new processes, routines and reports/statistics, training key users, issuing change requests, as well as planning and setting up a support function. 

My day-to-day work involved several connections all over the world, so I am skilled in international know-how combined with and a high awareness of cultural differences. My duties also required a strong focus on connecting Staffing to HR, as well as to Sales and Delivery, and to always consider utilization optimization and improve efficiency. 

In October 2010 I stepped in as Sweden Staffing Manager, to coordinate staffing in the Swedish business, and to make cross staffing more efficient between business units in Sweden and our international business units. My main efforts were put on increasing the utilization and but also improve efficiency in the staffing process.
