Was one of the three founders that built a website and a mobile application where experts (certified life coaches, psychologists, organizations) from all over the world helped users to improve every aspect of their lives. It was based on science of positive psychology and it spread and fostered positive behaviors and emotions.

Besides many honors and awards listed below, there are some other fun facts that I like to remember:
- InvivoPlay was a part of a Swedish incubator MINC in Malmö
- it was launched in the Swedish parliament in December 2012
- mentioned on a book cover in August 2013 in Germany
- featured in media such as Dagens Industri, Metro, recommended in ToppHälsa,...
- finalists of Idejakten, Stockholm based competition that promotes socially oriented startups (voted by public and panel)
- had a 87% success rate in helping people
- cooperated with 24 experts from 10 countries
- World Summit Awards nominee as the company with the best e-content (400 startups all over the world are selected, InvivoPlay is chosen to represent Sweden)

Conducted competitor analysis, target market identification (customer analysis) and analysis of organizational culture to form superior differentiation and positioning, suggested communications activities to foster brand image and to contribute to organization´s reputation. Project manager role over creation of concept, content and structure of the website, and cooperation with design agency to create a very unique website. 

 Result: renewed positioning strategy that helps the company’s offering reach out to the right target market in the optimal way.

Rdeči križ Slovenije | Slovenian Red Cross

Designed and implemented idea that modernized operational processes of Red Cross (OZRK Ljubljana). Managed cooperation with IT agency to built website, prepared promotional material, executed all communicational activities, engaged several business partners (New Yorker, Avon, Lisca, etc.), and 15 most popular celebrities to support the project. Prepared and led press conference, received extensive attention from media. 

Result: project launch was presented on the national news. Project attracted attention of other countries, which showed interests to implement the same idea.

Improved brand awareness and brand image of Avon in Slovenian market. Managed and executed all external and internal communications, led corporate social responsibility projects, planned, organized and executed product launches. 

Result: drastically improved brand awareness and presence in media; several times achieved the highest monthly PR value on the market among all competitors, organized the biggest and the most attention-catching product launch in 10 years of Avon´s existence in the market.

Founded and led a small organization, which offered full support to talented and promising music artists. Successfully assessed market needs and trends, developed marketing strategies, planned and delivered all communications. Built strong brand name of the company and music bands. 

Result: managed the legendary Slovenian music band. Due to unique, relevant positioning and well-executed marketing communications, achieved awareness and popularity of a newly formed music band in a couple of weeks. Built one of the most popular and most hi-end market folk bands in the market.
