Originally studying psychology with the intention of becoming a clinical psychologist for children, a serendipitous encounter during my final year of studies introduced me to the world of HR. My professional journey began in consulting, where I spent seven years honing my skills and expanding my expertise. Starting as an assistant, I focused primarily on recruitment, leveraging my understanding of human behavior and psychology to identify the right talent for organizations. This initial experience laid the foundation for my career growth, and I gradually advanced to the role of a project manager. In my role as a project manager, I have had the privilege of leading initiatives related to employee development, HR systems, and coaching.
