Manage revenue operations end-to-end by supporting the sales team with processes, tools, and data to improve productivity and effectiveness. 

This includes managing sales forecasts, quotas, and pipeline management. 

I also ensure marketing efforts are aligned with revenue goals by managing marketing technologies, processes, and data while also focusing on retaining and expanding existing customer accounts by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and value realisation.

Drive new business opportunities and contact prospective clients and businesses through cold calling, emails, and social selling.

Identify prospect needs and qualify based on set criterias of our ideal clients such as and proven track record to influence and sell at all levels, from individual contributors to C-Suite.

Develop excellent presence with C-suite teams of existing clients to improve retention, and also increase revenue through upselling and also qualify inbound leads.

Utilized tools such as Pipedrive, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, Sale QL, other CRM and prospecting tools to maintain all contacts, record all progress thereby enhancing prospecting processes.

Got promoted from handling IMS product sales in less than 90 days of resumption to Engineering as a service where I research the needs of companies and meet with decision makers to discuss product requirements and product development solutions.

Collaborate with the product and customer success the team to grow sales throughout the entire sales cycle from lead generation, to prospecting to discussing product requirements to negotiating to closing and to account management.

Motivated by this occurrence, the Journey To C-Suite Podcast will be creating an environment where enthusiasts and professionals in business/commercial roles get to pick the brains of their role models in commercial roles in tech.

Became B2C team lead in February 2021 in less than 120 days of joining the team and working with them to achieve giant strides in B2C sales.

Took up B2B and Partnerships lead in addition to B2C leadership responsibilities in August, 2021.

Led B2B sales team, B2C sales team, drove partnerships conversations and collaborated with the marketing/content team to convert generated leads for the B2C arm into new sales opportunities.
