Sr. Global Process Manager

Led strategic efforts to standardize finance reporting and strengthen global data governance, with a core focus on deploying the SAP MDG Core Data Set.

Partnered with Controllership and FP&A teams to define master data rules, validate transformation logic, and support the technical rollout across key reporting platforms. Worked closely with business SMEs to align definitions and identify cross-functional dependencies across global processes.

Refined revenue disclosure reporting in collaboration with global teams—bringing variance down to under 0.5%, a major improvement in reporting accuracy and reliability.

Designed and implemented a global SQL-based data warehouse, giving finance teams faster, more consistent access to critical reporting. This initiative improved transparency and supported long-term scalability.

As part of this transformation, I had the opportunity to build and grow a high-performing team.

Achievement: Successfully embedded SAP MDG into global reporting workflows—enabling consistent, scalable, and trusted financial data across the enterprise.

Global Process Manager

In this role, I focused on strengthening our financial reporting foundation through better data governance, system integration, and cross-functional collaboration.

I worked closely with FP&A, Controllership, and IT teams to onboard key financial datasets, including Working Capital and SAP Financials, into our Global Data Warehouse. This helped us streamline access, improve accuracy, and standardize reporting across global teams.

I also played a hands-on role in resolving data quality issues, delivering SQL-based solutions to make reporting more scalable and reliable. 

As part of our ESG readiness efforts, I contributed to data structure and taxonomy definition, supporting compliance and transparency.

Achievement: Improved the integrity, accessibility, and consistency of financial data—enabling smarter, faster decisions across our global finance teams.

Sr. Global Process Analyst

In this role, I supported the financial planning and reporting needs across multiple lines of business, with a strong focus on data-driven insights, budgeting, and process improvement.

I worked closely with both finance and non-finance teams to translate complex data into clear business insights. I was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, monthly close reporting, rebate accruals, and sales commission analysis. I also collaborated with leadership to identify process gaps and implement improvements that enhanced efficiency across finance workflows.

Key Contributions:
•	Developed a Vendor Profitability Analysis Statement, used by leadership to evaluate vendor and business performance
•	Played a key role in rolling out Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management (HPCM) across APAC and AU, supporting UAT and CRP
•	Prepared annual budgets, management reports, and monthly performance analysis across multiple business units
•	Designed rebate tracking and accrual tools to support accurate margin and incentive reporting
•	Collaborated with sales and operations teams to improve commission tracking and commercial deal analysis

Business Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, I supported key accounting and reporting functions across sales, margin, cash flow, and monthly close. My role involved ensuring financial accuracy and supporting senior management with timely and relevant insights.

I was responsible for daily margin analysis, monthly OPEX reviews, and customer rebate tracking, in addition to performing key reconciliations and managing inter-company transactions. I worked cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial data was delivered consistently for decision-making and compliance.

Responsibilities:
•	Conducted daily analysis of sales and margin performance across business units
•	Managed general ledger and bank reconciliations, ensuring clean month-end processes
•	Prepared monthly management reports and reviewed operating expenses (OPEX)
•	Handled accruals, recurring entries, and inter-company invoicing and reconciliation
•	Verified and corrected financial statements, ledgers, and account balances
•	Supported cash flow monitoring and reporting
•	Managed customer rebate entries and reporting
•	Provided additional support on ad hoc financial tasks as required

Achievement: Strengthened the accuracy and reliability of financial data used in decision-making while ensuring smooth monthly close and reporting cycles.

Financial Analyst

As a Senior Credit Controller, I managed end-to-end accounts receivable processes, focusing on debt collection, credit risk resolution, and customer account maintenance. My role supported the Credit Manager and CFO with regular reporting and contributed to strong cash flow performance.

I worked directly with customers to resolve payment issues, coordinated with sales for escalations, and maintained clean, accurate account records to support financial accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:
•	Prepared monthly reports for cash flow forecasting and provided ad hoc reporting to the Credit Manager and CFO
•	Ensured timely collection of outstanding receivables in line with company policy
•	Engaged with customers through effective, professional communication to follow up on unpaid balances
•	Escalated complex or high-risk accounts to sales or management for resolution
•	Maintained up-to-date and accurate customer account information
•	Fostered strong internal and external relationships to support issue resolution and timely payments

Achievement: Helped maintain healthy cash flow and reduced overdue receivables through a proactive, relationship-driven credit control approach.

Senior Credit Controller

As Team Leader for the offshore Credit Control function, I played a key role in establishing and shaping a newly formed department into a high-performing unit. My responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and supporting complex account escalations and credit risk activities.

I worked closely with the Credit Control Manager to ensure effective operations, acted as a point of escalation for critical accounts, and supported strategic reporting and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities:
•	Led development of a new credit control team and improved overall efficiency and process alignment
•	Took ownership of complex accounts, driving resolution and ensuring timely payments
•	Authorized credit limit adjustments and supported risk-based account management decisions
•	Managed accounts referred for legal action and maintained oversight of aged debt
•	Deputized for the Credit Control Manager during absence and contributed to daily operations
•	Assisted with cash allocations and query resolution during peak periods
•	Performed AR ledger reconciliations and supported the month-end close process
•	Prepared bad debt analysis and made recommendations for write-offs to the controller

Achievement: Built a capable and high-functioning credit team while improving account resolution workflows and contributing to stronger financial control during a critical growth phase.

Credit Control Team Leader
