During the summer of 2017 until the fall of 2019, I built the sales team in Canada from 1 to over 2 dozen account executives from Vancouver to Montreal, scaling the business over 15X during that time frame. In addition to hiring, training, and managing account executives, I worked closely with our strategy team to take on initiatives in specific markets designed to increase our presence, overtake our competitors, and create unique partnerships to add value to our partners.
