With over 22 years of experience as an "Over The Road" Driver, my background includes training new drivers, a member of Safety Review Committees for two major carriers, as well as Fleet Driver of the Year for Marten Transport, Mondovi, WI in 2001. Not only have I driven big rigs in the United States and Canada, but also served two tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan as a Civilian Contractor as a Heavy Truck Driver and Convoy Commander from 2004 to 2007 working for KBR, Houston, TX. My focus over the past 8 years has been in the recruiting of High Quality, Qualified truck drivers for numerous carriers, utilizing "Predictive Hiring" and the use of a Behavioral Assessment, designed specifically for truck drivers. My belief that "All Points of Profitability Point Back to the Point of Hire" has been proven time and time again. The "Driver Shortage" does NOT have to negatively impact YOUR organization.
