♦ I grew up near New York City — Roman Catholic upbringing. ♦ Played Lacrosse at Maritime College and was commissioned as a Marine Officer. ♦ 9/11 was a reason I joined the Marines. ♦ Spent 8 years as an Infantry Officer. A time I am immensely grateful for. ♦ Deployed three times—Afghanistan, aboard the USS New York, and Japan. ♦ I was baptized in the Jordan River. ♦ Worked in Medical Device Sales for 4 years and earned an MBA from Duke. A few years ago I went through a challenging time. As I was burnt out from work and studying 40-60 hours per week, I watched the war I participated in crumble. 'Is this it?' I thought. The next year I made changes as though my life depended on it. Running, Therapy, Nature, Breathwork, Cold plunging, Psychedelics, etc. The common thread: The ability to feel emotions in the present moment, rewire the mind, and change our reality. Hence, 'Presence Coach.' In presence, we invite the expression of truth to pierce the illusion of time. Miracles are the norm. I quit my job last year. It felt more aligned to express myself freely and help others recognize their power as I continue to discover mine. The greatest gift of all is to experience life. If we had the strength to get through our trials to this moment, we have the strength feel through our emotions to new depths of freedom.
