As a child, my love of playing with microphones and stereo equipment evolved into calls over the PA for AV support in school. This set me on the path to a career in events and over a decade of professional experience producing both in-person and broadcast live events. I'm a total geek, and love figuring out some new tech, optimizing signal routing, or figuring out a network issue. I have diverse experience and wide-reaching interests across several fields. I have a great deal of experience in live entertainment industry, including production management, live sound, video, power distribution, and lighting. I previously worked in the Science Museum field conveying educational messages to wide-ranging audiences and have been making forays back into museums and exhibits, including exhibit technical consulting in Sacramento, Berkeley, and San Francisco.
