This includes 11 years in the Swedish Armed Forces doing operative HR (HR-Strategist to Personnel Director) and a UN mission in Mali. Before founding Omnitas Consulting I was the COO of a Growth consultancy firm specializing in sales and recruitment. This means that I have firsthand experience with time and resource management and how much time it actually takes off of your plate if it’s not done correctly but also the added value once it is.
