Longer version: My focus is to provide a business map that can answer these three questions about things your organisation do: Why are we doing the things we do? - What real problem do we solve for whom? Our purpose. What are the things we do? - What do we do to solve the real problem? Our product or services. How do we do the things we do? - How do we solve the problem? Processes, information and tools. With these as a base, we create a business map so that you can explain what the customer needs, why we are doing what we do, and how we do it.
