With over 40 years of experience in the public and private sectors, I am a solutions broker who provides bespoke business support and consulting services to a diverse range of clients. As the founder and owner of TMH Advisory, I leverage my skills in public policy, project and change management, stakeholder engagement, business support, research and writing, and machinery of government to deliver tailored and effective solutions for complex and challenging issues. I am also passionate about recognising and honouring acts of bravery and heroism in the Australian community. As the immediate past Chair and Community Member of the Australian Bravery Decorations Council, I led the assessment and recommendation of nominations for bravery awards for six years. As the government Member of the Order of Australia Council I participated in the assessment and recommendation of nominations for Honours and Awards. I have received the Public Service Medal, the ANZAC Fellowship, and the NT Women's Fellowship for my outstanding service and contribution to various fields of public interest.
