• Led labor relations employee training program management workstream resulting in a 25% increase of positive employee engagement scores and over 3,000 pieces of feedback and ideas received, leading to 30% reduction in training time through eLearning for manager onboarding.

Director, Equality Enablement & Development

• Created & implemented a company-wide diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) HR Transformation talent management program addressing barriers related to talent recruitment, advancement, exposure and engagement for teams and their leaders with impact to over 350,000 employees.   

• Built a global organizational effectiveness plan with strategically scalable design experiences specialized for both internal functions (Marketing, Merchandising, Human Resources, IT, Operations & Supply Chain) and external partners.

• Utilized Human Centered Design to procure Workday Learning as LMS - reaching 44,000 senior leaders - and was selected to curate and lead an adaptive leadership pilot for use during the COVID-19 pandemic, reaching all leaders of people (70K+ people).

• Managed a 12+ member team that implemented new learning management system (Workday Learning), accelerating talent development initiatives aligned to both internal and external commitments, achieving the highest team engagement scores during the department’s 100% remote working transformation.   

• Organized a quarterly global three-day development training with senior leaders from across the enterprise to advance capabilities in communication, strategic thinking, SBI feedback, and team culture cultivation, which contributed to 18% reduced turnover YoY.

Senior Manager, Talent Development & Leadership Programming

• Partnered with Talent Acquisition Directors monthly to develop and execute change initiatives impacting development while obtaining 14% retention in HR talent.
• Championed diversity and inclusivity enablement via diverse recruiting practices, and increased alignment between Target’s diversity initiatives and national events (National Black MBAA Conference, Management Leadership for Tomorrow, and AfroTech).
• Increased sourcing profiles from two to eight thereby adding an ability to support non-traditional requests - and formulated a national store visits plan to enhance the overall effectiveness of Talent Attraction amongst Field and Corporate recruiting teams.
• Facilitated a monthly series of feedback conversations with Field Leaders to drive the development and execution of the Team Lead Toolkit, and spearheaded a change initiative to incorporate texting features in recruiting efforts.
