After a long career in the field of Composites and specializing in RTM and DCPD processing, Process Automation for Automotive OEM customers and running an INR 1 Billion turnover family business, I exited my business to focus efforts in developing sustainable ecosystems. I volunteered for about a year at HIAL, Ladakh with Mr. Sonam Wangchuk, where I helped run the Operations apart from leading the Enterprise arm that converted the innovative ideas into businesses. I now help organisations to achieve efficient and sustainable ways of doing things with a special focus on social enterprises. Finding innovative solutions to complex problems that affect and improve the lives of people at the grassroot level is what excites me the most. I help nurture new ideas / innovations and mentor startups. I am also part of the Udhyam Learning Foundation family where we work with Nano Entrepreneurs and help them grow. Creating a better world, one small step at a time.
