Toan started as an intern at Jung von Matt and became the youngest strategy director in the company's history at age 28, the youngest partner of a subsidiary at age 30 and the youngest holding partner at age 35. Toan is one of a few marketing leaders in Europe with an Vietnamese and Asian background.
