Toan started as an intern at Jung von Matt and became the youngest strategy director in the company's history at age 28, the youngest partner of a subsidiary at age 30 and the youngest holding partner at age 35. Toan is one of a few marketing leaders in Europe with an Vietnamese and Asian background. 

Toan and his teams initiated pop cultural partnerships for brands and right holders such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, MINI, Pringles, McDonald's, ESL, Riot Games, Xbox, Nintendo, Warner Bros, The Pokémon Company and many more. 

He was a Cannes Lions jury member for Branded Entertainment and a Clio awards judge. He appeared in four books as a co-author and one Spiegel Bestseller (Gen-Z für Entscheider:innen).

We've just really started our #podcast and I was not sure If I wanted to share the numbers, but #Spotify Wrapped somehow encouraged me to do so. You don't often get to see the real numbers and learnings and I think it's useful! 

Most people know: Podcasting is a marathon that requires a lot of discipline. It's hard to reach the "big BIG numbers" from scratch (although we're doing quite ok, I think). We knew all that from the beginning. That's why we built a system "around" that medium from the very first day. 

And truth is: It's hard to build a powerful podcast, but it's fairly easy to build a content ecosystem with social media and technology! All you need volume, gemini, canva and a mindset for testing with an openess to endure calculated fails with low performing posts and a little bit of cringe 😆 

But the biggest lesson is this: 
We are not thinking this as a podcast anways. 
We are thinking this as a community-platform and media brand ❤️ 

And yes: Some people still can't believe that I will be doing this for the next months now, but well....  I just really really enjoy this 😃
