Welcome to my LinkedIn profile! Throughout my career, I have been known as a patient-focused and diligent professional with extensive experience and expertise in women’s health, midwifery, health promotion, and health policy. I have taught thousands of girls and women about their bodies and health for the past two decades with a keen focus on establishing healthy communities around the globe. I serve as an active philanthropist for projects relating to hunger, poverty, and education, while working on community health initiatives to benefit all. Highlights of some of my achievements:  I was recently featured by the American Nurses Association and Johnson & Johnson for my work on public health for Nurses Week 2023.  I served as a Health Captain of Europe and a keynote speaker on women’s health at the Heidelberg conference in June 2023.  I was the health columnist for a women’s magazine, Nashim.  I acted as an Editor-in-Chief and major contributor for PIE: Vaccine Information for Parents Informed and Educated, as well as Slice of Pie (a project of the EMES Initiative) with thousands of copies distributed.  I authored multiple articles for RO Health on mental health topics including psychedelic therapies, anxiety, probiotics, sleep disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorders.  I also contribute to female hormonal health articles for several FemTech companies.  I published articles in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, the International Journal of Emergency Nursing, and Reports on Global Health Research.
