In 2020, I founded DIVERSE to give impactful free careers education to young people from underrepresented backgrounds.

Young people who are driven, talented and eager to learn but just don’t have industry connections.

Today, top brands like Warner Bros. Discovery, Red Bull, Capital One, and American Express partner with us to hire from our diverse network of over 10,000. 

Plus we’re the talent attraction and recruitment partner behind #Merky FC, working with adidas and Stormzy's team to help young black professionals land jobs within Football and Sports.

Who doesn’t love food and the chance to work in marketing, commercial and product? You could be working on the next iconic TV Ad and PR plans one minute and developing products the next.

🛒 Retail Leaders Graduate Scheme (£32,500 London)
This one is all about learning to lead teams in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll learn how to guide people, keep ops running smoothly and understand how the money gets made in store.

🍯 Food Technology Industrial Placement (£27,000 London)
This is for that person who’s curious about how food is made, tested and delivered to the highest standards. You’ll spend time in store, working on live food projects and managing suppliers giving you the knowledge of the full cycle from innovation to customer.

🛍️ Retail Leaders Graduate Scheme (£25,000 London) 
Want to run your own store without needing a degree? This one combines retail leadership with a Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship. You’ll start as a Customer Assistant, quickly move into leading your own team, and within 18–24 months be ready to step into a Deputy or Store Manager role.
