In this role, I was tasked with leading and growing the Sift sales team in APAC.
- Designed and implemented Sift's new APAC expansion plan.
- Led the team’s outbound sales and solution architecture team.
- Successfully implemented a regional partner strategy and on-boarded strategic partners.
- Exceeded the region's annual sales targets by 110% (YTD).
- Extensive experience in building and scaling sales teams and processes, with a focus on APAC markets.

Sift Science

I was hired by Sift to expand sales operations to APAC. I was the sole employee there during this time, where I built a book of business in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, and Australia. 
- Won a groundbreaking million dollar deal in APAC (first in the region).
- Notable wins with Traveloka (ID), KDDI/Luxa (JP), Carousell (SG).
- Overachieved sales quota by an average of 150%.
- Brokered a MOU with the first APAC Solutions Integrator partner in Japan.

Amazon Web Services

Generated new business and increased share of wallet in key existing accounts. 
- Overachieved sales quota by 105% in Year 1; 120% in Year 2.
- Specialized in customer addition and revenues from  ecommerce, gaming and media.
- MVP awarded for sizable wins at Fairprice, Gumi, and Pocket Math.

Enterprise Sales

Twilio

At Twilio I worked with startups and SMBs who wanted to add voice and/or SMS to their applications. 
- Established net-new revenue for Twilio’s voice and SMS services.
- Overachieved sales quota attainment by 110%.
- Key accounts included Snap and Red Beacon(Home Depot).

Account Executive

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

At this time AWS was a fledgling business unit within Amazon.com. I joined as one of the first five sales hires. 
- Overachieved 120% of quota in 2010 (first year of sales quotas).
- Territory expansion to enterprise and mid-market customers in NY, NJ, and PA.
- Breakthrough wins at New York Life & Vimeo.

WebOnyx

WebOnyx was a boutique web development consultancy. I was brought in to generate new business. I worked in all phases of sales and account management. Managed several customer projects. Helped in the early stage of designing software (gathering customer requirements, etc). Closed $250,000 USD contract with AT&T.

Quantum

At Quantum I was responsible for installing, integrating, and servicing the company's data protection hardware systems (robotic tape and disk backup systems) at customer accounts. Customers included companies like Microsoft, Boeing, and T-Mobile, among many others.

Senior Customer Service Engineer

Microsoft

My duties started out as a contract Tier II engineer that supported  MSN's global data protection services. In Dec. 2004 I was hired full time with the company as the Tier III Data Protection Service engineer. Was responsible for keeping the backup service for MSN's worldwide operations running smoothly and delivering on strict SLAs.

Systems Engineer

20+ years in the tech industry across a range of technology and commercial roles. Was an early employee at AWS, having joined them in 2008. Worked for AWS in both Seattle and Singapore. Along the way, I have worked at billion dollar startups including Twilio and Sift.
