As a results-oriented Global Account Director I identify and develop new relationships with key prospects for Workday. 

I am responsible to lead, coordinate and guide cross-functional teams like Account Based Marketing, SDR, Business Consultants, PreSales, Service Executives, Enterprise Architects, external Partners and Alliances and many more through complex and difficult salescycles. While ensuring exceptional Sales Experience and satisfaction along the whole Salescycle and beyond I always align the goals and strategies of my employer with prospects needs and challenges with a strong GTM Strategy.

As the Director of the Field-Sales Team in DACH for plusserver I am responsible for driving net new business and the customer base throughout complex sales cycles and buying centers. 

The fundament by creating strong salesteams is to establish a positive salesculture which is focused on highvalue activities to drive Sales and Pipelinegrowth. This works really well with a combo of classy salesbasics like phonebased outbounding combined with today’s digital and social selling skills. Align this with the companies strategy, automate demandgeneration and include Product Management and the magic will happen.
