As a results-oriented Strategic Account Director my focus is on net new accounts, to identify and develop new relationships with key prospects for Workday. 

I am responsible to lead and coordinate internal and external cross-functional teams like Account Based Marketing, SDR, Business Consultants, PreSales, Service Executives, Enterprise Architects, external Partners and Alliances and many more to develop and implement effective sales strategies to win strategic new logos for workday. While ensuring exceptional Sales Experience and satisfaction along the whole Salescycle and beyond I always align the goals and strategies of my employer with prospects needs. 

Strong modern leadership and passionate Sales skills coupled with strategic working as a leading role model in terms of ownership and Accountability are my key to success in this role.
