Strategic Business Development

Tobias currently serves as the Head of Finance at Calm/Storm, an early stage VC fund focused on digital health. He acts at the intersection of financial operations, LP management, fundraising and fund administration.

Before that he was the co-founder and CEO of delta. delta empowered startups and developers to build amazing solutions that improve the lives of millions of SMEs in Europe and across the globe. Its unified API allowed applications to read-write commercial business data across SMB systems of record (e.g. accounting).

Tobias has a strong background in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and business strategy. He previously served as a managing director of Venista Ventures, where he invested in multiple startups and VC funds across Europe, and co-founded Performinc, a SaaS startup focused on data analytics and fraud detection in mobile performance marketing. He also worked in business development for Employour, a German HR-tech startup.
