From running a wedding videography business in my teens to orchestrating viral campaigns for the likes of Snickers, Canon and Samsung, my drive has always been clear: crafting content that resonates and evokes emotion. This eventually led to the inception of Bright/Shift in 2018, and today I’m privileged to use my passion to empower the organsations that truly deserve to win. ------- I have four core beliefs, which act as the underlying principles of Bright/Shift as well as the content I share here on LinkedIn: 1) Creative as the Growth Catalyst Creative is the ultimate differentiator in an algorithm-driven world. Strong creative has the power to move, inspire, and galvanize. When paired with real-time digital insight, creative becomes your unfair advantage. 2) The Bright Side of Digital Tools are neither good nor evil, it’s how we use them that matters. Having grown up witnessing social media's evolution, I'm convinced of its power to drive positive change, and it’s our collective responsibility to harness its influence responsibly. 3) The Power of Entrepreneurship The devastating consequences of greed, overconsumption, and unsustainable business practices pose a genuine threat to our planet and its species, but I see entrepreneurial spirit as the antidote to our planet's pressing challenges. 4) The Agency Model is Broken Traditional agency structures, with their rigid in-house teams, limit creative potential. Instead of a generic approach, businesses deserve tailored strategies. Hence, Bright/Shift's selective client approach ensures quality and customization
