ACQUIRED by Compuware. Adlex is a hardware/software based application monitoring company. My team and I grew the business to $8m+ in revenue closing such large enterprise and service provider customers as Morgan Stanley, SBC and USPS.

SilverBack Technologies

ACQUIRED by Dell. Silverback Technologies is a MSP software platform company. My team and I grew the business from 1 SMB/E customer to 200, 40% qtr over qtr growth for 5 consecutive qtrs and refocused efforts from end user customers to transitioning 100's of partners showing them how to make a business using SilverBack's software.

Concord Communications

WENT IPO. Concord Communications became the world's leading network/systems/application fault and performance software company for enterprises and partners, listed on NASDAQ in 2007. Joining as employee #30 My team and I grew the international business from scratch to 33% of Concord's total customer base in 30+ countries all via partners and I then grew the MSP/OEM business to 40% of Concord's total revenues.

PictureTel

WENT IPO. PictureTel became the worldwide leader in videoconferencing systems, listed on NASDAQ. Joining as employee #50 I managed Japan creating $10m in revenue all via partners and leading to the establishment of PictureTel Japan. I also established PictureTel Hong Kong managing partners in 12 countries. I then ran AT+T as PictureTel's largest WW partner achieving $23m in revenue.
