Joined a legacy desktop analytics and automation company to turn around company performance via modernizing products (e.g. Intelligent Analytics Platform), repairing customer relationships, designing/launching exceptional GTM strategies, and accelerating sales performance.  Built the sales and analytical infrastructure which brought first-time visibility to customer profiles, buyer personas, and qualified pipeline leads. Led a team of 25 across product, sales, marketing, G&A, development, services, and support functions.

Founded, led, and grew a systems integrator and managed services company. Developed a business model that provided systems integration support to larger systems integrators and software vendors with global enterprise customers. Built a team of 25 (sales, marketing, professional services, customer support) who worked directly with end customers and partners (SMEs for both business and technical teams). Led channel partnerships such as telephony, WFO, analytics, automation, and multi-channel. Leveraged data feedback to inform strategy, partnerships, and the ultimate expansion into the LATAM region.

Joined a systems integrator to build a CRM practice from the ground up, bring it to the marketplace, and accelerate growth. Directed all aspects of the program launch, including hiring staff (business analysts, technical consultants), identifying customer segments/targets, and designing business/GTM plans. Led the CRM team in acquiring new customers, while expanding sales with existing accounts.
