Layton Dairy is owned by the Kroger Co. and is a fluid milk, yogurt culture, and ice cream producer for the company. Layton Dairy employs ~260 associates year round. 

-Managed all training for current and new employees. 
-Revamped the training process which included having associates manage their development. 
-Facilitated new hire orientation.
-Trusted point of contact with associates for HR related questions or concerns.
-Wrote standard work and one point lesson plans for equipment use.

Orbit Irrigation is a leader in home improvement products. Well known for their sprinklers and irrigation products. As a HR Assistant my primary focus was on employee relations, recruiting and assisting the HR Manager with projects.
