I created Search Creative in 2015 during which point the main brand for the business was helping clients increase their online presence. Search Cretaive enables businesses to help manage and showcase their business reviews both on their website and across then Internet integrating customer reviews from TrustPilot, Google and Facebook. As well as achieving organic page one status on Google and Google Maps.

I have a passion for business beyond the need to earn a living, I've been a director of two limited companies and have run several businesses online. I specialise in Business Marketing & Digital Advertising and more recently I have expanded into the property development market using my online digital marketing skills. I have a wealth of knowledge in sales and helping businesses grow online.

Over the past decade we have been able to expand the business successfully offering a wide range of services to our customers and have subsequently created numerous brands within the Search Group. The latest project and brand is Search Hosts which launched in 2021 which offers UK businesses secure website hosting.

Engaged at high level board and directorship level with company owners, HR Directors and Managers with clients such as Cobham Mission Equipment, GE General Electric, Ultra Electrons, Ratheon, Lockheed Martin. Trained in UK security clearance, Disclosure Scotland and DV procedures for new   Talent acquisition. Also worked with American partners to ITAR standards.

Selected to represent the business at the London Motor Show, help start up and manager the inhouse motor insurance sales team working with external partners such as UKI Insurance. Worked with the L&D learning and development team to help share best practice with new members of staff with sales training, conducted coach and 1-1s. Moved into retail banking as a face to face personal bank manager within the Dorset territory covering Bournemouth, Salisbury branches cross selling wealth management, mortgage products and mentoring of front line staff to identify and best service customers needs and requirements.
