Created the end-to-end service map for the Manage Training for Early Carer Teachers service to identify gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.

I reviewed the service and made recommendations for improvements to the Induction tutor set-up and Registration journeys in time for the 2024 intake. 
Designed new support form journeys which will ensure support staff can respond to queries more efficiently.

Collaboration with UCD, BA, Engineering and Policy to refine and prioritise design opportunities.
Prototyping in code, exploration of improvements of the current service.

I created the end-to-end service map so the team could explore moving the ID&V process (ScotGov One Login equivalent) before the application journey so that we might leverage existing data, remove duplication, and make the journey less work for PVG applicants.
