I started my role at Adido as Digital Marketing Executive in January 2015 working on both SEO and PPC strategies for a variety of clients. My expertise and passion leaned more towards SEO, and eventually I became Head of SEO in January 2019. In my current role, I am the lead for all SEO client strategies, projects, sales and internal processes. I am very hands on with the delivery of SEO work for clients, and enjoy digging into sales, traffic and keyword data to identify the most profitable areas to optimise. During my time as Head of SEO, I have developed our SEO offering, structuring processes such as website migrations, technical audits, landing page optimisation, content marketing and outreach. 

I have perfected a wide range of SEO skills during my time at Adido whilst working on local, national and international clients from B2B and B2C industries. I have conducted large technical SEO audits which resulted in almost doubled organic click through rates, created content marketing strategies which have contributed to record breaking monthly revenues, carried out on page optimisation which has taken the client from page ten to page one overnight (don’t get me wrong, it doesn’t work like this every time, but it can happen!), and I have created link building campaigns which have resulted in highly relevant backlinks that boosted site visibility. Everything I do is always tied back to client goals, and I make a real effort to demonstrate the ROI of any SEO campaign, which is evidenced in my monthly KPI reports and regular client updates.

Working directly alongside the Marketing Manager, I was fully involved with all aspects of marketing and promoting the firm. 

One of my responsibilities included the organisation and execution of events such as seminars, exhibitions, client entertaining events and internal social events. 

I was also responsible for the development of new and existing communications; including both offline and online communications, ensuring I kept to the firms strict brand guidelines at all times. 

I also managed the firms Social Media channels and worked alongside the digital marketing agency, which is where my interest in SEO began.
