Alvius is the technology partner to the UK's leading jobs, recruitment and staffing organisations. Our platforms (Vendor Management System and Talent Pooling System) enable companies and public bodies to find, hire and manage tens of thousands of people every year. I’ve created one effective and enduring charity, one impactful but commercially unsuccessful company and one successful business, Alvius, which I now jointly lead. Since 2011, the organisations I’ve co-founded have directly employed more than 50 people, found employment for a further 1,000+ others, secured several major multi-year contracts with both corporations and UK government bodies, processed over £100m of spend, given hundreds of students experience of policy research and development and advised British and overseas policymakers. I’ve also served in the British armed forces, been a trustee of an inner-city youth club and worked in finance.
