ChillSafe® is the first product to market, a simple to use sanitation sachet providing food service and hospitality professionals advanced hygiene and mould reduction technology for their commercial cool rooms and refrigerated transport.

The HACCP Certified, BFA Certified and multi-award winning ChillSafe works 24/7 to continuously combat three of the most common issues affecting quality, costs and sustainability of refrigerated spaces and the products stored within them:

1. Microbial growth - damaging bacterias that increase pathogen risk for human consumption and decomposes fresh produce.
2. Mould growth - damaging mould spores that assist food waste, create OH&S risks and increase cool room maintenance costs.
3. Excess ethylene - a naturally occurring plant hormone that shortens the shelf life of produce by hastening the ripening process.

Australian made, ChillSafe utilises reactive oxygen species (ROS) to create a low dose H2O2 vapour that targets air borne and surface based bacteria, mould and ethylene 24/7.

Unlike many other sanitation technologies, the ChillSafe vapour provides continuous antibacterial activity, inhibiting pathogen or mould growth and treating the entire refrigerated space, including throughout the FDC and in hard to clean places like deep cracks and gaps where bacteria and mould flourish.

The continuous ROS process also acts as an invisible protective barrier for the refrigerated space by reducing the risk of contamination from pathogenic organisms that may be introduced during normal everyday activities.

The Youth Opportunities Personal Leadership Program is helping young people to feel good about themselves, know they are worth something, feel respected and appreciated, and giving them the courage and self-belief to stand up to bullies and say no to peer pressure. 

The program is helping students to focus on their school work and work towards their future career, and even getting some back to school after extended periods of truancy. This solution has been instrumental in addressing critical food safety challenges while supporting sustainability goals.
