As the Co Founder and CEO of Coolsan Australia, I have over 13 years of experience in developing and launching continuous sanitation solutions for the food industry. Our flagship product, ChillSafe, is a simple and effective sachet that reduces microbial growth, ethylene gas, and odours in commercial cool rooms and refrigerated transport, resulting in better hygiene, less spoilage, and more marketable produce. My mission is to enable more food to more mouths for a better bottom line and a better planet. I am passionate about making a real and measurable impact on climate change by reducing food waste globally, which saves water, energy, resources, and human effort. With my background in graphic design, branding, and marketing communications, I also lead the creative direction and packaging of our products, as well as the strategic branding and commercialisation of our partners. I am proud to have received multiple awards for ChillSafe, published logos in the Logo Lounge series, and served as a board member for Youth Opportunities Association (SA) Inc.
