My greatest learning as a coach is that vulnerability takes great strength. I also believe that desperation is a gift, IF it inspires you to take action. Some of the most profound transformations I have seen from my clients have come from a place of somewhat desperation. Desperation is nothing more than the outward manifestation of internal misalignment. A reflection on the external system's inability to serve the seeking of your true self. Not only do these systems keep us out of alignment with our true self - by teaching us from a young age that fulfillment is found through material attainment - the system also further gaslights us into feeling ashamed and ostracised for not finding the inner alignment we are seeking, from the external system. “It must be something wrong with me”. Shame is the lowest level of consciousness. The last few years have given millions of people an opportunity to question some of their old beliefs, it only takes one, then it opens the door to question all beliefs. All beliefs are just ideas, including beliefs you hold about yourself, and your place in the world. When our faith in authority is shaken, we have no choice but to become our own authority, this is true empowerment, millions (perhaps billions) are at this precipice right now.
