- Responsible for selling healthcare, laboratory and office furniture to NHS Trusts, Private hospitals, Health Authorities, Dentists, Pharmaceutical companies, Retail establishments and European resellers.

- Management of the client relationship from initial contact, preparation and design of plans (hand drawn and CAD), quotation, through to order completion and   installation.
 
- On site surveys and measures, scaling information from architects plans/drawings.

- Working  closely with medical professionals, purchasing departments, manufacturers and resellers to establish, develop and maintain excellent working relationships in the UK, France, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

- Analysing all outstanding enquiries, quotations and following up on all positive leads in order to close all sales opportunities.

Key Achievement – I successfully helped organise and project managed an extremely large contract (~£430,000) from the tender process through to onsite installation. Including the  management of 12 members of staff for 12 weeks while installation was completed.

Key Achievement  - Key role in the co-ordination for the refurbishment of Allitec's Showroom and a successful launch party for customers.

- This job involved calculating workshop capacity, ensuring that all details were recorded.

- Provided customers with information at each stage of repair and advised them of time scales and estimated costs, up selling suitable products.

- Consistently applied a high level of understanding of Volkswagens customer service standards and HSO requirements.

- Managing other areas of the service department during busy periods. (Body shop and After sales).
