Hey - I'm Tom! 👋 I help ambitious businesses grow the right way, utilising the power of technology at our disposal. I specialise in AI & process automation, from strategy all the way through to hands-on execution. In a previous life I was part of the founding team at Flight Story, a global marketing & communications agency. As Managing Director, I played a key role in growing the business from a team of 5 to 100+ employees spanning 4 different continents. Working alongside the co-founders Steven Bartlett and Oliver Yonchev, we grew an enviable client base ranging from Google, Puma and Coty, to some of the most disruptive start-ups and scale-ups that have redefined their industry. Prior to Flight Story, I was a Senior Manager at PwC Consulting. I specialised in leading technology transformation programmes, with a particular focus on finance and SaaS. Key clients included Natwest Group, London Stock Exchange Group, Abrdn and Sainsbury's.
