As Managing Director I will be innovating our solution to developing a community of global loyalty experts, giving those in the loyalty industry a forum to share ideas and enjoy market-leading opinion.

The Loyalty People will continue to deliver best in class loyalty, CRM and customer engagement strategy for our partners and clients on a global scale

Managing Director

Responsible for the commercial leadership of the business, Client lead management and development and execution of the Go-to-Market strategy for The Loyalty People.  

I will also be implementing sales strategy for The Loyalty People Plus, our new model for resourcing the very best loyalty talent for our clients.

As well as operating as Lead Strategy Director on some of our clients I will also be managing our partnership agreements with technology vendors.

Collinson Group

A senior level position with oversight of the Go-To-Market strategy roll-out aligning Collinson’s four busi-ness verticals (Insurance, Assistance, Loyalty and Lounge Access) under a coherent Customer Loyalty Strategy.  My strategy created solutions for Collinson’s clients for customer loyalty through Added Value services, “Paid-for loyalty” as well as loyalty agency services and technology solutions.

I create strategic and data-focused propositions with Collinson’s market-leading products, aligning with cli-ent goals and enhancing the experience for millions of end customers across the world.

Business Development Leader - Financial Services and Retail

A transformational leadership role responsible for developing the Retail Client Services team in their ability to proactively develop both relationship strength and revenue performance. ·	Through my leadership the departmental revenue grew from £2.6m to over £10m per year, by developing the existing team resource and ways of working.

I also delivered an innovative new customer loyalty strategy to enable Rewards retail partners to drive customer acquisition, retention and loyalty through targeted CRM journeys, based on purchase behaviour analytics.

Aimia Inc

I delivered great success at Aimia, exceeding revenue targets year on year, developing team members to promotion and creating an innovative New Business Strategy that was phenomenally successful.  In this role I got to understand the value of using data in targeting customers, from the start of the customer journey and throughout. This allowed my clients to be able to truly engage with their customers, and structure the foundations of a long lasting relationship.

This ultimately resulted in improving the strategic relationship with Premier Foods, developing
revenue from £354k in 2012 to over £1.1m in 2013, gaining a PASSION award.

I had complete ownership of two of Aimia’s strategic channels, which involved channel strategy development, sales pipeline monitoring, sales material production and team training. One of my goals in roles I take on is to nurture and develop my team’s capabilities, ensuring a strong performance through a collaborative approach to client engagement, with their customers always in mind.

By specialising in big data and analytics, I was able to hone my understanding of maximising revenue through data-driven decision making. I worked with major retail and CPG accounts including Tesco, Nestle and Waitrose to develop new service propositions, increase market insight and support my clients’ ability to gather and interrogate data.

My role at Black & Decker spanned major high street retailers including Currys, Comet and Dixons, working closely with clients to support sales and promotional plans. One of the main aspects of my role was developing category management, leveraging customer insight to ensure the effective delivery of marketing strategies.

Eastman Kodak

At Kodak, I worked with high street retail brands including Argos, World Duty Free and Lloyds Pharmacy to develop process improvements. Working with retailers early in my working life gave me a strong foundation of customer behaviour, that I have built on throughout my career.

Working as a Brand Manager for one of the largest Global brands has given me a unique understanding of marketing best practice. As a result I have developed a strong approach to a unified Sales and Marketing route to market
