We live in a competitive environment. So how can you outperform your competition? It might sound too simple. You will win with the better teams - SUPERTEAMS. How can you ensure your teams are better? Find out... Over the last two decades, I have been running small projects with 3-4 people and large programs with more than one thousand team members. Budgets could range from a few thousand to more than 500 Mio. USD. To run projects or products successfully you need to have: - The systems to execute in the best way. - The team to execute in an efficient way. Check the most successful companies and you will notice that they have or had superior teams and systems. Great examples are Amazon and Haier. Also, Google and Meta (Facebook) at some point had a great team system fit. The best teams - SUPERTEAMS - execute these systems and achieve their goals. To ensure your system is flexible or agile, you need a system to manage your systems. Agile systems usually work best. At its core is the idea to adjust a process or a team to new customer requirements. You can easily scale this and apply it to 4 people, 100, 1,000, or 100,000. But you need to know how. If you follow these simple rules you can manage almost any project, product, startup, or corporation. The teams need to have the right expertise (built-in or provided) to leverage. Entrepreneurial autonomy, responsibility for economic success, and profit-sharing will be the attributes of SUPERTEAMS in the future. These new SUPERTEAMS will have a massive impact on the companies forming them. The most innovative companies will function like incubators allowing their employees to build successful agile startup teams that deliver outstanding products. Those products will then turn into flourishing businesses. Sounds fantastic, and some companies are already there. Learn how to apply agile and best management practices to achieve your goals.
