Worked in the Litigation department of Mishcon de Reya.

I was particularly focused on Fraud Litigation but assisted with all aspects of the litigation process in many different practice areas. My day to day jobs ranged from analysis of documentation and statement drafting to preparation of trial ready bundles and attending trial. I assisted with all aspects of the litigation process in a large, busy and well regarded firm.

I worked on a range of commercial disputes between individuals and corporations including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud by misrepresentation, theft of confidential information and recovery of stolen data.

I also worked on a range of Insolvency matters.

•	Was lucky enough to be involved in nearly all of the departments especially spending several days in the county and magistrates courts dealing with family law.
•	Followed the trainee solicitor around for a day so I could get an idea of what was required of the position.
•	Involved in research in areas of law I had not yet covered, an example of which is identifying relevant areas of the Insolvency Act 1986 which could be applied to the removal of a liquidator.
