M1ssion 0ne

M1ssion 0ne is the first Space mission to put NFTs from existing collections on a screen in Space. The M1 holders will be able to put their favourite NFTs on a satellite with a screen and selfie camera. Once the satellite reaches orbit, Each NFT will be placed on the screen and photographed with Earth in the background. Those photos will then make the M1 NFT collection.

Gone to Mars

Gone to Mars is a virtual cemetery with 1,089 plots (NFTs) with unique coordinates. Each plot contains an on-chain time capsule that owners can encrypt and pass on to their descendants. Owners can also link their Twitter accounts to their plots for others to see whom the plots belong to.

OSOME

Joined the company before the launch. Led product development of the core products across Singapore, Hong Kong and the UK. Focused on onboarding and sales, worked with a cross-functional distributed team that included engineers, analysts, designers and marketers. Ran qualitative and quantitative research to identify points for growth, maintained a backlog, developed roadmaps, managed stakeholders and wrote Go-to-Market strategies. Reported directly to the CEO.

• Set up and optimised a sales funnel, acquiring the first 4K paying customers within the first three years after the company's launch in Singapore.
• Improved the sales process in Hong Kong, achieved 3.5x growth within four months after a year-long stagnation. Scaled the best practices to Singapore and the UK.
• Led automation of Company Registration, the critical growth-driving product. Halved the time spent on a single client and turned the product into a self-service, allowing for record-breaking 50-minute company registration.
• Drove partnership with OCBC Bank, Asia's largest bank for SMEs, that, for the first time in Singapore, allowed clients to register a company and open a bank account online in one day. Presented the new workflow to the CEO of OCBC Bank.
• Built an email marketing infrastructure and developed and implemented a strategy, resulting in the re-engagement of leads, 27% of which converted into paying customers.
• Set up an affiliate program for 100+ partners, including WeWork, Antler and 500 Startups.

Growth Product Lead

Freelanced as a marketing consultant and creative director; tried myself as an entrepreneur.

• Developed brand strategy for established businesses in Europe and tech startups In South East Asia. Consulted VCs and accelerators on GTM strategies in Singapore.

• Developed ad campaigns for Ferrero, Renault, PepsiCo, Bacardi, and Yandex.

• Developed and battle-tested MVPs for a baby clothes subscription service, grocery delivery service, a barbershop and a jewellery brand.

Worked for Lay's, Gillette, Pepsi, Mercedes-Benz, Braun, Baltika Breweries (Carlsberg Group), Sberbank (Russia’s leading bank) and TRUST Bank.

• Took creative and strategic leadership over the development of campaigns for Gillette Sochi 2014
(starring Alexander Ovechkin, NHL Washington Capitals and Captain of Russian National Team), Lay’s EURO 2012 (starring Andrey Arshavin, FC Arsenal and Captain of Russian National Team), and Braun London 2012 (starring Natalia Ischenko, five-times Olympic and nineteen-times world champion in synchronised swimming)
• Increased aided brand awareness of TRUST Bank and sign-up rate after winning a pitch and developing a campaign starring Bruce Willis
• Prevented job cuts in the agency by winning BBDO Russia’s first CRM pitch for Baltika (Russia’s #2 brewery, part of Carlsberg Group) and developing a campaign for a highly restricted market
• Led creative supervision of pre-production, production and post-production of commercials in
multiple countries working in multinational teams
• Won 5 out of 8 international Creative Workouts – 48 hours creative challenge for 5-10 creative
teams pitching internally for the same brief, intensively developing ideas and then presenting the
best of them to the client right on the spot
• Supervised work of Interns and Junior Creatives and delivered lectures at BBDO University
