I was inspired on Friday by a friend. He told me I’m one of the top thought leaders in the world with my skillset. Humbling. He asked me to start letting the world know what I know and get more vocal about my thoughts. I guess it’s been hard. That changes today. It starts with defeating adversarial nation states hacking the hardware bill of materials of our nation’s weapons systems. And how to outwit the enemy. Creativity. And 25 years experience. No RFP required. Here we go….

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 A year ago, I found the entire supplier list for one of the primary manufacturers of modern aviation wide open online. Every single part, and every single manufacturer was listed in the public. If that's not terrifying, I'm not sure what is. I did check back, and it's no longer there, thankfully. Why does it matter? Pretty obvious in my eyes. I love helping companies do the basic blocking and tackling of SCRM, for the safety and security of everyone.

In 2018, I came up with an idea to open source the supply chain risk intelligence field, just like Nessus and Snort, but for SCRM. Now, after 7 years, we've brought it to life. In 45 minutes, our platform surfaced critical vulnerabilities behind 80% of the world's supply chain dependency risks in the semiconductor market. HBOM. Within the the n-tier of lithography machines. Our interest is to secure and protect. Destabilization of critical systems happens when people aren't focused on the hard problems- and the noise confuses the signal. 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱. Belief in the top SCRM platforms is unfortunately, wrong and dangerous. To prove it, I built an SCRM app through vibe coding in 6 hours, for fun. It scrapes data, reads the news, and allows you to look up any company, then "risk rate" it. And, just like the others in this industry, it doesn't use inference, or data science, or AI. The platform can ingest any API for "deeper" context. Yet, millions, if not billions have been spent for competitive solutions, with the hope of protecting serious things. It's a US National Security risk. No lobbying money, no VCs, only $97 to build it. Well. Here, it's free now.
