GM at Askeladden Bemanning (Staffing) AS (Inc), which is a small company serving small Norwegian municipalities with nurses and assistant nurses for shorter and longer job assignments. Selling from the heart towards nurses, assistant nurses and municipalities requires that we are authentic throughout the use of the trust-equation. We realize by being authentic that we are not better than we are right now, not are we worse either.
