Tom’s special superpower is translating vision into action. This is why he works well in the entrepreneurial world. The key observation is that most businesses are run on a HOURLY basis, where they should be run by the MINUTE. He was running teams in his very early 20s, full facilities in his mid-20s, and companies starting in his early 30s. The entrepreneur bug bit him hard in his early 40s and he has never looked back. Since he has opened the entrepreneurial can of worms he has grown and exited a cleaning business, launched from startup to funding two liquor companies, helped a winery land capitalization, created successful business plans for 20+ small businesses, and built systems that have contributed over $20 million in revenues for clients.
