- Define and execute short-term and long-term strategies and plans including corporate restructuring, redefining and streamlining core businesses and identifying business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market sustainability
- Analyze economic and social trends to support identified business opportunities, capture growth with new product and service lines and ensure market acceptance nationwide
- Manage complex relationships, negotiate and close business deals and partners with industry-leading client organizations
- Develop KPIs incorporating financial models and prepare and communicates relevant reports with various stakeholders including the Board of Directors, investors and regulatory organizations

Code2LAB is operation in the field of F&B with our cloud based services: POS System for F&B operations from corner shops to big NFC technology based food courts as well as ticketing solutions etc. Via penetrating the market with a new restaurant finder mobile app, our company became one of the fastest growing F&B app operator in Myanmar with many potentials. Not even a year later we have rolled out our connected product line as well integrated with our POS & mobile app. My position covers the following ares:

- Led various teams of 35 FTEs in strategic business development, product and software development, graphics design, sales and marketing, operations and customer support contributed in finance with focus on market penetration in Food and Beverage industry nationwide 
- Managed and executed end-to-end product/service line solutions for corporate clients covering industry-specific research, IT corporate ecosystem design including UIX, change implementation, quality assurance, risk management and pricing
- Responsible for three product/service lines (Mobile App, POS system, advanced CRM) as well as ensuring sustainability of partnerships in key areas (i.e. B2C, B2B, B2B2C, SaaS) 
- Developed digital marketing campaigns and oversaw corporate PR activities and organized industry specific events
- Identified and closed key projects by creating strategic relationships with corporate partners
- Contributed in raising US$ 500K with CEO for the company
