Execution Project Manager - FFEx

Tommaso led the structural design of industrial buildings, coordinated project teams, and produced documentation per national standards (SBI271, BR18, DK NA) and Eurocode. His role included managing structural engineering, design, and modeling tasks while ensuring project integration and quality through interdisciplinary coordination. As part of the Facility Design group, he implemented new software for over 300 colleagues, organized training, developed strategies, and liaised with external vendors. He also integrated AI assistants in the Facility Design section and led the Automation team, focusing on automating design processes and motivating his team.

The Teaching Assistant's role consists of helping the student during the execution of projects throughout the entire duration of the course, which in this case is 'Glass and glass structures'. The course introduces widely the glass as a structural material and it ends with the design of a glass structure. The course also requires the use of Abaqus CAE.

The course deals with the complete design form the structural point of view of a 6 storey building in reinforced concrete.
