I make it easier, smoother and faster for you to lead the massive and brave change you and your organisation are ready for. I do this through my work as a Sounding Board, working with only a select few clients at a time, supporting you and your business or organisation with "What's Next". In the rest of my time, I am "always active, never busy" and range widely then connect the dots to help leaders see clearly into the crystal ball of the uncertain future we live in. For years I wrote daily on #OpenLeadership on my site, with well over 2,000 posts in the library for you to browse. I have also had over 100 podcasts with inspiring leaders, all hosted at WhatComesNext.Live. Finally, also hosted on the main site is Elevating Leaders, a podcast series of fifteen-minute interviews with inspiring women leaders, aimed to inspire women on their career journey. Beyond writing and podcasts, I spend much time listening to people, reading, and learning in different ways. I simply love people, ideas and connecting the dots. I therefore also often mentor and support individuals and businesses at various ages and stages, with a particular focus on doing what I can to address inequities and inequality of opportunity in society and in business. Who am I? I often start with "recovering Chartered Accountant", and during the first two decades of my career, I was involved "hands-on" in buying, building, restructuring and selling 29 companies, as small as $100K and others as large as and beyond $100 million. My experience is Global, having worked in 40+ countries. For well over a decade now, though, I have committed to and focussed on coaching and supporting leaders. This combination means I bring my global experience of finance and business to the listening and understanding of a coach, hence the term Sounding Board.
