🚀 New upgrades to Ocula Copywriter: Smarter length control & automatic unit formatting

LLMs are incredible - but they still fall over on two things #ecommerce teams care about: exact length limits and clean, consistent formatting.

If you don’t get this right then search optimised product content can’t go live —> traffic and revenue uplift gone. All the effort to create it wasted. 

We decided to fix both.

✂️ 1. Smarter Length Control
The problem: Ask an LLM to cut 50 words and you might get 30… or 70.
What we built: An adaptive correction system that learns how the model responds to reduction requests and adjusts dynamically.

The result: We now hit target lengths reliably - while processing copy 6× faster.

📏 2. Automatic Unit Formatting
The problem: Product data is a mess. Symbols vs words, inconsistent spacing, mixed unit systems… chaos in every feed.

What we built: A dedicated formatting agent that standardises spacing, symbols/words, abbreviations, and even auto-converts metric ↔ imperial. It can also detect and preserve original formatting when needed.

The result: Clean, consistent units across all product copy - automatically.

This is the kind of deep, unglamorous product work that makes a huge difference for #retailers and #brands at scale.
