🚀 How do you scale a company from 5 to 100 employees...while navigating the realities of war? I recently sat down with Igor Tabas, the thoughtful and quietly determined co-founder and CEO of Reenbit, for an episode of CEO Stories. Amid the ongoing war in Ukraine, Igor and his co-founders have grown Reenbit from a 5-person startup to a 100-person company. It’s a story shaped by resilience, clarity, and steady leadership under pressure. I remember asking Igor when I first met him what made that kind of growth possible. His answer? That willingness to revisit assumptions, rather than power through them, seems to serve him well. 🛡️ 𝗟𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗮𝘆𝘀 He shared that his first hire is still with the company today. Not as a brag, but more as a quiet point of pride - and a reflection of the long-term relationships he values. 🌍 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘁 Steering a business during wartime isn't something you plan for.
