Currently, as the Partner and Head of Asia, I am an executive member of the global ExCo team and I lead the Frazer Jones’ HR Executive Search and Recruitment business in one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic regions of the world across South East Asia, Greater China, Japan, Korea and India. I joined Frazer Jones in 2016 with the dream of building a world-class team of talented HR search consultants and delivering a superior customer & candidate experience. Several years later I am proud to say that we have been able to make a difference by being the global leader in HR Executive Search & Recruitment and the market leader for HR Executive Search in Asia. With 18 years of consulting experience, I take a research-centric approach and have an extensive HR network as a brand extension for clients in securing the best HR talent. I partner the Asia HR community specialising in senior HR appointments, actively executing HR retained searches, working alongside CEOs and Boards, to appoint their Chief HR Officers, regional Heads of HR and assisting them in building high performance regional and country HR teams. I’ve spent my career doing a few things – building meaningful relationships with people, working with amazing talented people, bringing to market simple innovative solutions that make a difference and most importantly solving customer problems to the best of my ability. At Frazer Jones, we collaborate and partner with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), sharing insights on Singapore’s talent landscape and latest HR development. Externally, I actively mentor aspiring entrepreneurs with a particular focus on HR & HR Tech sectors. Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Uncle, Soldier, Singaporean. Outside of work, like a true Singaporean, I love food (a real gastronaut), a keen traveller and spend quality time with my wife and two lovely daughters.
