I want you to be able to engage your audience and show them what you know. 👉🏻Throughout the years I have attended countless conventions and symposiums, attended lectures and taken part in meetings. I have had the pleasure of being able to listen to and take part in discussions with some incredibly brilliant people. People much smarter than I could ever hope to be. 👉🏻Unfortunately, even the most brilliant and smart people cannot present their ideas effectively if they do not have the skills. 👉🏻Their vast knowledge, their years of research or their groundbreaking solution...receive yawns. Or indifference. 👉🏻Ouch! All that work! It wasn't because the work or research was bad or inadequate. It was because they didn't know how to DELIVER their message. I want to fix that. 👍🏻 👉🏻"OK", you might be saying to yourself, "that sounds good, but why should I work with you?" 👉🏻Speaking in a foreign language can be difficult enough. Work with me and you will not have to explain your work and the vocabulary that comes with it. 👉🏻If you work in medicine: I know what A-fib looks like on an ECG. I understand the underlying physiological changes that occur during sleep. I have struggled with EMRs and being able to give patients the time and attention they deserve. I know the challenges that healthcare providers face on a daily basis. 👉🏻If you work in tech: I know the importance of not testing in your production environment. I've actually read the AGILE Manifesto. I know how to clone a GITHUB REPO from the command line. I struggle with JavaScript too. 👉🏻I use presentations as a tool to improve your ability to communicate in English. 👉🏻You will learn many other things too, but the focus is giving an effective presentation in English.👍🏻
