Developed and managed the permanent recruitment function and supported the initial implementation of the permanent recruitment function across blue and white-collar roles. 

I recruited candidates across White Collar roles including HR, IT, Managers, Building Project Managers, Architects as well as Construction, Trade, Building, Warehousing and Manufacturing. I also recruited and source candidates for Blue-collar roles across Building and Construction, warehouse, transport, logistics and manufacturing.
