 Curating Award Categories: Designing and refining award categories that celebrate innovation and excellence in podcasting, ensuring they reflect the diverse and dynamic nature of the industry.
  
 Judging Excellence: Serving as a judge for the podcast categories, leveraging my extensive experience in podcast production and curation to evaluate and recognize outstanding podcasts and creators.
  
Strategic Partnerships: Forging and nurturing partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance the visibility and impact of the APVA, fostering a vibrant community of podcasters and content creators.

Creative Direction: Providing creative input and strategic guidance to elevate the overall quality and reach of the APVA, helping to set trends and standards within the podcasting space.

As the Business Development Rep for Afripods in Nigeria, I led the onboarding of 10 local stations onto the broadcast to podcast [B2P] platform, including Yes FM, Splash FM, and Lagelu in Ibadan, Wazobia FM and Nigeria Info in Lagos, as well as Urban Radio in Enugu.

Acted as the Afripods platform expert and drove partnerships through consultative sales approaches.
