1. Completed an Operational Readiness Assessment for Fidelity 8 Roads involving Hybrid O365 service analysis, high level design and transformation plan, in addition to an execution roadmap. 
 2. Led an End-User Compute Technical Assessment of Computacentre’s EUC environment provided to Direct Line Group.

Led FS Cloud Collaboration models for a major UK bank & insurer. Conducted deep profiling, synthesising of usage scenarios, analysed underlying data models to define core branch transformation, IoT and Machine Learning projects. 

Envisioned the next generation Capgemini Cloud Orchestration service (SkySight).

Drove IT strategic development, operating models and infrastructure assessments within leading financial institutions including Virgin Money, Fidelity and UBS.
