•	Sales Manager for 6 branches in the Houston market. Oversaw all sales aspects of each branch, bringing in volume accounts and maintaining current accounts.

In charge of budget development and management, monitoring profitability, reducing unemployment and worker’s compensation risks. Responsible for client development,  initiate and maintain communication with new and existing clients to establish positive relationships with key decision makers to market our services and quickly resolve any customer service issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Handling candidate development, new hire data entry, I-9, drug screens and background checks. Other managerial duties include: management of branch employees, the weekly business growth plan and strategic goals, interviewing, hiring, and firing, quarterly reviews, the weekly branch payroll, as well as, payroll for external employees and producing the branch the P & L Statement.
